1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For bike and spare part deliveries, we will use our in house fleet to make delivery. As such, we will not be able to give a tracking number but you can contact us at our company contact no: 89022453 for delivery query. On normal occasion, we will be able to deliver the purchase within 1-3 working days after the online purchase is made.
2. What are the shipping / collection options available?
We provide island wide door-to-door shipping within Singapore. If you prefer to self-collect your order, please select this option at checkout, and proceed to our shop to collect your order.
3. Can I exchange or refund my purchase?
Bikes and accessories would be assembled upon receipt of customer orders. In order to ensure that all our customers receive fresh-out-of-box products, we apologize that we’re unable to provide exchanges or refunds for purchases after an order has been submitted.
If the product you ordered does not function as designed, please provide us with your order number and a description of defect details. Our customer service would be in-touch with you shortly.
4. What are the available payment options?
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Paypal: All available forms of payment available through PayPal
- Bank Transfer: Paynow/ Paylah to our UEN No: 202024885D (BIKE REPUBLIC PTE LTD)
or Alternatively, you can do transfer to our Maybank A/C 04121088037
Processing and delivery will commence upon confirmation of payment.
For bank transfer method, payment reminder will be sent every 12 hours, if payment is not received within 24 hours, the order WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
5. Do you keep my payment details?
We do not store any customer payment details related to your purchases.
6. What if the product(s) I’m interested in are not available?
You may add products to your Wishlist if they are currently not available. A notification will be sent to your mailbox when the item(s) are back in stock.
